Story

This is a story called Cupcake Queen. Enjoy
Chapter 1:

I wasn't surprised when my mom moved us to Miami, Florida. She had always been a Cupcake Addict. Her mother had a bakery of her own and my mom had to work there. You could have found my mom on the side of the street selling her cupcakes. When we got here my mom went straight to a real estate agent and bought a little shop on the main road. She had already began getting the bakery supplies. Thing is, we didn't have a house to stay in. So we have to stay with my grandma for now. My mom got her first order, and its a big one. We have to make 500 vanilla cupcakes with Blue frosting and Blue roses, 13 on each one. I sit at the table with my tweezers placing each rose carefully on the cupcakes. My mom startled me when she came in, I stabbed the cupcake on accident. She was on her phone talking to someone.

“Yeah, We are just now finishing up the Cupcakes. We will be their in about 20 minutes. Thanks. Goodbye.” My mom closed her phone. “Well, How many Cupcakes do you have left to frost?” I looked up from my frosting and my mom had pretty much taken over my job of putting the roses on them. She had already done 3 cupcakes in the time it would have taken me to do 1.

“We are finished..” I said as I was walking off to get the carrier boxes. “What did you mean by 'we'.” My mom looked up at me, then she started packing the cupcakes into the carriers.

“Sweetie, I need you to come to this. I need your help because Aunt Liah is setting up the house for us. Could you do me this one favor?” I nod and went upstairs to get ready. I stopped in my closet and look around. I picked out a Short Ruffly White Skirt and a White tank top to go with my Sparkly Silver Heels. As I walked downstairs I heard my mom loading up the Delivery van. I walked over to the bathroom and Curled my hair.

“Hurry up Sweetheart, We have to get going.” I walked out of the bathroom.”Oh My Gosh, Ella. You don't look like my daughter. I can't believe your even my daughter!” My mom stood there looking at me.

“Umm, Mom don't we have to go deliver those Cupcakes?” My mom looked away from me and got into the car. We drove for about 5 minutes to the Country Club. There was a big banner at the top of the gate that read 'Happy Birthday Ella'. We parked the car next to the table we assumed was the food table.

A lady approached us and started talking about random things. “Oh Hello, You must be the Cupcake Bakers we had make the cupcakes for my precious Ella's Birthday. You can set them up over their on the table.” I started unpacking the Cupcake Tiers. I let my mom talk until the lady calls me over to meet this Ella girl. “Ella this is... Ummm, I didn't get your name sweetheart. What is it?”

“I'm Autumn, Autumn David. It's nice to meet you.” I said with a softness in my voice.

“Yeah, Okay. I'm Ella, Ella Blue.” Ella's hair was blowing in the wind, It was a soft Brown. It looked to be Naturally straight like mine. “Excuse eh moie, My friends just arrived.” Ella pushed past me with such force I almost fell over.

“She seems like a nice girl” My mom smiled politely and started helping me set up the cupcake tiers. Once we finished I just stood around and looked around. When it was time to eat my mom and I stood by the table and helped the girls get their cupcakes. When Ella came over her humongous dad leaned back onto the table and the whole thing went falling. Cupcakes started flying everywhere, Mostly onto Ella. I tried to stop the cupcakes from falling but it was to late about 6 of them were already onto Ella.

“Oh my Gawd!! This was my new dress! Your stupid little cupcakes ruined it! Thanks a lot Autdumn.” Ella said as she walked away furiously. Ella's friends gathered around her as they walked. I was stuck cleaning up the mess. Somehow I ended up being one of the few who didn't get Cupcakes, Punch, or Chips on me. I just wanted to get out of their as fast as I could before Ella could actually remember my name clearly. I bent down to pick up the left over cupcakes and chips. There was a dark shadowy figure standing in front of me. I looked up and saw Ella standing their with all her little friends behind her. “I'll see you in school Autdumn.” She walked away and I knew I was going to regret having helped my mom with this cupcake order.
